Total Triage

WELCOME TO TOTAL TRAIGE

From the 6th May the way you access us is changing. We are going to a Total Triage system, which you can access by using our website or the NHS app you can avoid long wait times on the phone by filling out an electronic form that is quick and easy to do.

We understand that some patients may not have access to the NHS app or the internet, so you will still be able to contact us via phone or by coming in to the surgery and the receptionist will complete the form on your behalf. 

The form will ask you to fill out the details of your medical or administrative request, your request will then be triaged by a clinician who will arrange for you to contact within 48 hours. This could be to arrange a face to face or telephone appointment or to provide useful information or to signpost you to another healthcare provider if suitable.

We understand this is a big change and it will take some time to get used to, however we feel this will be very beneficial, fair and equal for our patients.
