Appointments

APPOINTMENTS/ROUTINE AND URGENT:

We run all our surgeries by an appointment only system. If you feel you need or would like an appointment please speak to our reception team who will take some details from you. These details will be triaged by a Clinician. Once triaged a Clinician or a Care Co-Ordinator will contact you.  If your request if for an URGENT matter this will of course be passed to the Clinician who is triaging that day.

E-CONSULT:  Another option open to our patients, is to submit an e-consult via the home page using the TILE headed E CONSULTS on this website. This option is open between 12:00 p.m. and 14:00 p.m. Monday to Friday. We will get back to you within 48 hours of you submitting one of these requests.

We endeavor to offer the doctor of your choice but if they are not available we will offer another doctor or appropriate clinician

Our core hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm.

Appointments can be made by telephoning the Surgery, calling at reception or online (please note that online appointments can only be booked in singular slots). Please remember that each appointment is for one patient only and for ten minutes. If you feel you need longer than this, please ask at reception for a double appointment. It would be helpful if you would be punctual and could cancel any appointments you no longer require. Please note children under 14 should be accompanied by an adult.
