During the process of your Personal Independence Payment application, we may be contacted to provide medical information relating to you around the reason for why you applying for this payment.The surgery may include a summary and or clinical letters to support the application if it was deemed necessary. Please note there is no cost to you and this will be paid on behalf of the patient.
