Carers event at Worthing Assembly Hall 9.6.2026 11 Am – 3PM held by Carers support West Sussex .

This free event is designed to support unpaid family and friend carers to prepare for the colder months, with a focus on cost of living, health, and wellbeing.

The day includes:

Pre-bookable speaker sessions, including Fire Safe and Well, Wills and Power of Attorney, and Carer Coaching
A vibrant marketplace with over 30 local organisations
Opportunities to chat with partners and explore a wide range of support
Inclusive activities, games, and craft tables
